The reason i am obsessed with fitness apart from the physical benefits, i enjoy fitness because it helps you in other areas such as your mental wellbeing. For instance ever since i got into fitness that was about 10years back just shooting. I have noticed when you start getting a nice body you also become very confident the way you carry or treat yourself. Another reason i am deathly obsessed with Gym is because i was once the skinny guy and was not happy with my body but when i started GYM it not only helped me physically but it took care of me mentally. These are some of the health benefits i gained from working out Improved cardiovascular health: Regular gym sessions can strengthen the heart and lungs, improving cardiovascular endurance and reducing the risk of heart disease, stroke, and high blood pressure. Weight management: Gym workouts help in burning calories and building muscle mass, which can assist in weight loss and weight maintenance. Increased muscle strength and tone: Resistance training at the gym helps in building muscle strength and endurance, enhancing overall muscular fitness and tone. Enhanced flexibility and mobility: Incorporating stretching exercises into your gym routine can improve flexibility and range of motion, reducing the risk of injury and enhancing athletic performance. Better bone health: Weight-bearing exercises such as lifting weights can help in increasing bone density and reducing the risk of osteoporosis, especially important as we age.
