The reason i am obsessed with fitness apart from the physical benefits, i enjoy fitness because it helps you in other areas such as your mental wellbeing. For instance ever since i got into fitness that was about 10years back just shooting. I have noticed when you start getting a nice body you also become very confident the way you carry or treat yourself. Another reason i am deathly obsessed with Gym is because i was once the skinny guy and was not happy with my body but when i started GYM it not only helped me physically but it took care of me mentally.
